I saw this issue in bug 512599. The RTL version of this page is really messy, see the following screenshots as demonstration: attachment 401307 [details] attachment 401050 [details] Before I fix this, is there going to be a theme change for this page as well? I'd prefer to hold off in case the theme is going to change shortly, because I don't expect that many people to actually notice this problem.
