After closing the Customize Toolbar dialog the focus is lost. Means no shortcut work anymore until you click somewhere inside the window. This problem only occurs on 1.9.2 and is not reproducible on trunk. So I wonder if this is a regression on 1.9.2 only or just misses a fix which has already been checked into trunk.

Neil, Steven or Markus, are you aware of any fixes in that area?
