Summary: [SUMO]: [IE 7] little search box moves to the top of the page on /forum page
Steps to reproduce:
Setup: IE 7
1. log into SUMO stag on IE 7
2. click on Support Forum
3. click on one of the forums from 'Most Popular topics', eg http://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/1/446371
4. Notice the 'Search Knowledge Base' box. It got displaced to the top of the page.
