Try support.mozilla.com instead. This isn't a bug.

Why you have the impression that is not a bug? I'm a bit worried that we immediately close bugs as invalid without further investigation. It's easy to find the real bug 415761 which fixed this on 1.9.2. Ali, this bug happens because your download folder path contains some non-ASCII characters. It will be fixed for Firefox 3.6.
Component: Menus → Download Manager
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
QA Contact: menus → download.manager
Resolution: INVALID → DUPLICATE
Version: unspecified → 1.9.1 Branch
