See attached screenshot. All I did was add Test Testly as a new author, and it says I removed myself and added myself back. Which is probably technically true, but we shouldn't show that.

This fix logs author removal only when they are completely removed.
It logs author addition for new authors or when changing an existing author's role.
It does not log anything when changing the listed flag or order.

Adding tmzmoz@gmail.com to authors of a add-on, i get "M1l0sh made TMZ_ a/an Developer of DiskusijeNET toolbar." in news feeds on developer's hub.
