Unfortunately, some fields in the "Add new" form are not really self explanatory. E.g. I don't really know what to put into:

* username formula (see Bug #518316)
* socket type (my guess: TLS=STARTTLS and SSL='TLS on a dedicated port')
* confirmations
* problems
