I'm really interesting in emulating the 'Google Conversation' mode using the brand new Smart folders view. If you enter the Smart view, right click on a global Inbox folder and choose 'Properties-Select folder to search' it is possible to select the folders, which messages will be displayed in message list pane.

So, it is possible to do smth like this: http://www.rugby-forum.ru/temp/smart1.jpg

Then, you will see sent and received messages right in your Smart folders Inbox: http://www.rugby-forum.ru/temp/smart2.jpg

Unfortunately, the 'Properties-Select folder to search' checkboxes state is not remembered when restarting TB. Is this intentional?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter the Smart view
2. right click on a global Inbox folder
3. choose 'Properties-Select folder to search'
4. enable checkboxes on several folders
5. check the visibility of all the messages in messagelist pane
6. restart TB
Actual Results:
messages from added folders are not visible anymore and checkboxes in 'Properties-Select folder to search' are cleared

Expected Results:
messages from selected folders should be visible and checkboxes in 'Properties-Select folder to search' should be sticky
