Summary: [ssc]: Uploading a persona not meant for the contest ends up in contest gallery

Steps To Reproduce:
Setup: clear cache/cookies
1. go to personas stage
2. click on 'create your own'
3. upload a perona
4. get an admin to approve it
4. once approved, you will see your persona on http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/All/Recent (which is expected), but your persona will also end up
in the Student Signature Competition at http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/en-US/gallery/All/ssc
