Summary: Unable to mark a forum as 'solved' from the link in the email
Steps to reproduce:
1. log into SUMO stag
2. go to fireox support forum, https://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/1/
3. click on 'Ask A new Question'
4. go through the steps, on step 4 make sure you check 'email me when my question has updates' (if you are logged in, 'username should be populated. if you are not logged in then enter your email add.)
5. have another user post a reply to your question and have him pick 'proposed solution' when submitting his reply.
6. you should receive an email about the reply. click on the link that says 'this has solved my problem'

The boat has sailed for 1.4, right? If so, this smells like a strong candidate for 1.4.0.1 (pretty important).

This was for tiki. It works correctly in kitsune.
