Change the behavior of write messages from open a new windows for Message Compose to open it in a new tab by default.
The user must can move the tab out thunderbird/out tab-bar to open the message in a new window (like Firefox 3.5). The difference with Firefox is that this window will not be a complete-feature thunderbird window else a simple-window with only the compose related features (like the current Compose window).
