When a one detaches a post, Ask a question form appears. I think it's pretty annoying and unusable, 'cause a posts that needs to be detached from a topic are already giving enough informations, so we don't need a noob-friendly wizard there.

I agree.
Mods generally aren't "noobs", and aren't the mods the only ones who can detach posts?

Also note that there's some text at the top-right of the page that shouldn't show up:
"Posting to the forum:
Use [http://......|Description] for external links.
... etc"

There was a problem in bug 518445 that caused this to open on editing posts. Fixed with the patch in bug 518445 that has already landed (attachment 402946 [details] [diff] [review])
