I have forgotten my passphrase and need to update my dsa keypair.

hmm, this is not working for me. I am pretty sure I didn't forget my passphrase, I suspect it is a user error otherwise.
I did this:
ssh-keygen -t dsa
<entered passphrase>
then copied my ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub to this bug. Now I do a:
ssh jmaher@people.mozilla.com
<enter passphrase>
and get a permission denied. It could be that I made a typo while entering and verifying my passphrase. If my actions look right, I don't mind doing this over again with a new public key.
