Details
There are a bunch of students here at the University who are trying to connect to IRC, and are getting the error "Too many connections from your IP". (I've also had similar problems from 128.100.5.142-ish, so if you could allow more connections from that whole block, that would be nice. :) Thanks, Blake.

Wrong server ops, unless gozer's taken over IRC while nobody was watching :)

The Uni sysads should be able to give you the information.

The IPs are "128.100.5.115 to 128.100.5.144", and the University is the University of Toronto. Thanks, Blake.
