The wifi driver on the samsung omnia ii returns ERROR_INVALID_USER_BUFFER (0x6F8) during calls to DeviceIoControl(). Most drivers return ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER, however it looks like some can and do return this alternative error code. We already have a test for similar error code.
