it will not allow me to use mozilla I am using windows xp all the other versions worked well it only happened with the upgrade

it tells me to click on cancel if I want to debug.. but does nothing when you do...

That's an interesting result... that sounds like the Microsoft crash catcher, and the "cancel to debug" bit is usually only shown when you have a debugger installed, which it sounds like you don't. But you're not getting the Mozilla crash reporter which should have come up before that one and offered to send the crash data to us so we can analyze it.

That address is not within one of the Firefox libraries. Something on your system appears to be conflicting. Not malware, I hope!

Your best bet is to seek help from the support forums. They can help gather additional information to diagnose the problem. If you want to take a stab at it on your own try starting in "Safe Mode" and see if the following pages help at all
