Forgot some changes to the wince theme in the firstrun bug (those rules got moved to header.css).

Adjusts padding on the anchors and list items to make links taller and keep the arrow positioned correctly.

Changed that to 8pt to match ".button-text" styling (hildon's style rule also matches its .button-text):
