We should investigate moving mobile-master over to a linux vm. Matthew has 2 ESX hosts that we could use that are at 650.

We are going to set this up as part of the TP4 rollout. Morphing this bug into the RE team setup portion of the machine setup.

Once VM is available, this bug to track the setup of the new buildbot master instance. If this VM can be created before our TP4 rollout, it will save us an additional downtime. Hence, nice-to-have, but not required. Hence not marking this bug as blocking tp4 rollout.
