51906 - Unsent Messages folder not recreated immediately

Build 2000-09-08-08M18: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

Overview: If the Unsent Messages folder from Local Folders is deleted it is not 
recreated when sending a message later. Must close and restart the application 
for the folder to reappear. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Local Folders delete the Unsent Messages folder
2. Create a new message and select File|Send Later

Actual Results: 
- ** The Unsent Messages folder is not recreated **
- Must exit and restart the application to see that the folder is recreated and 
it includes the message from step #2.
- If you don't exist and select File|Send Unsent Messages then the message is 
successfully sent and received.

Expected Results: After step #2 the Unsent Messages folder should appear under 
Local Folders and it should include the message that was just 'Sent Later'. 
(There is another bug which states that deleting the Unsent Messages folder 
should not be allowed but it hasn't been implemented yet).

Marking nsbeta3 so someone evaluates whether this should be fixed soon. 
Temporarily it appears that data is lost but the data is actually present.

Commercial build: 2001-12-10-06 on win98, 2001-12-07-06 on linux. 
We create the unsent message folder if we have deleted during send later.  
However, this bug still exists on Mac and updating the bug for mac only

Works for me with OS X build 2002040512

Steps :
1. deleted the Unsent Messages Folder via Edit->Delete Folder
2. (**redirected focus due to different bug??)
3. Emptied the trash to complete deletion of Unsent Messages Folder
4. Composed new message
5. Chose File->Send Later

Results as expected:
Unsent Messages folder automatically recreated



** The Unsent Messages folder had focus before being "deleted" to the trash and
for some reason I was unable to empty the trash until I gave focus to another
mail folder.  I have not searched yet to see if this is a known bug.

This bug is now invalid since we don't enable delete when unsent message folder 
is selected. Checked this on branch builds and this was fixed by bug 152713
