The readme is a lie, the makefile does nothing, and the only wrapper, DotNETEmbed, landed in May 2003, got five changes also in May 2003, and then has been untouched by anything but tree-wide changes that shouldn't have to bother fixing dead code.

Oops, forgot about the test app, confusingly in a tests dir that also has unit tests confusingly in it.
