Build 2000-09-05-08M18: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

Overview: When viewing a message in the Stand Alone window the following issues 
only exist on the Mac:

- File|Rename Folder is enabled and does nothing (D)
- View|Message enabled but redundant so this menu item should be removed or 
disabled (D)
- View|Sort by and all it submenus are enabled (D)
- View|Messages enabled but submenus disabled (D)

FYI: "(D)" stands for disable. Please refer to the attachment to see the latest 
issues.

This bug is marked as a Windows NT bug, but really is a Mac Classic bug as can
be seen in the initial bugreport.

Since the the menu being described has been largely reworked since that bug was
created and the Mac classic platform has been abandoned since Mozilla 1.2.1 I'm
marking this bug as WFM since I can't verify it on either Windows 2000 and Mac OS X.
