When firefox is running fulscreen(and adressbar and panel is "autohidden" !!!) and I use ctrl+t for new tab nothing do(only new blank tab is created) but adressbar is not focused. And when i try manually type adress to adressbar it is still commented(i must manually delete comment "search in bookmarks...") but when i write URL it is still comment(gray) and when i hit enter nothing do.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox in fullscreen
2. Wait until panel(adressbar) is "autohidden"
3. ctrl+t (for new tab)
4. And here is our bug(only blank page)
5. Go mouse to top of screen(panel will show)
6. Try to write URL

Actual Results:
Nothing because when i try to submit URL firefox do nothing.
