519335 - RSS feed only shows one out of two posts

We'll have to wait until bug 519324 is fixed before trying to verify this while logged out, but, basically:

1. Load https://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/1/446849
2. In the browser's URL bar, click on the RSS-feed icon

Expected Results:

There should be two posts there as of this filing

Actual Results:

I only see one post on https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-forum_rss.php?locale=en-US&forumId=1&comments_parentId=446849, and that's my logged-in user test post; the "anonymous" post doesn't show up in the RSS feed

Only the replies are part of the actual feed -- which makes sense to me, it's just like subscribing to comments for a blog post. Since the post above has only one reply as of this writing, only one is shown in the feed.

Marking invalid, but feel free to reopen if either:
a) We wish to change this behavior
or
b) There is really a bug here
