Follow Firefox's lead and use "About Thunderbird" instead of "About Mozilla Thunderbird" in the menu
Okay, it's not quite a "lead" yet since it hasn't landed, but bug 314844 is (correctly) switching Firefox to use "About &brandShortname;" instead of "About &brandFullname;" in the Help/App menu, and we should do the same. For bonus points, I'm removing the unneeded ifdef hiding the Help menuitem on OS X, since that's left over from the old days when you had to manually put it in the app menu yourself; in the modern world, http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/widget/src/cocoa/nsMenuBarX.mm#402 does it for us.
