It _can_ be used for domains hosted on Google Apps, but it is a bit tricky. It is so close to have good support for Google Apps - please consider supporting the last bits. What is missing is mostly that the UI supports that accounts doesn't have to be @gmail.com but the login name contains the domain. Reproducible: Always
