Attached patch change the interface (obsolete) — — Splinter Review 
This patch brings in the changed CodeAlloc interface. The new one is both easier to follow and actually supports exits correctly. Compiles and passes the handful of Tamarin tests I threw at it on x86.

This applies on top of the patch from bug 518906, enabling fragment profiling.
