Please be aware that service level agreement that covers your equipment will start running right after the part has been dispatched.
"Once you receive the part please do not throw away the box, as HP requires you to send this defective part back to HP for evaluation and/or refurbishment. The shipping label will have instructions on how to use our "three-part label" for this return. Please return the defective part to HP within three days of receipt of the replacement part. If the part is not returned within the three days, you may receive a call regarding the part."
