Download Manager, Search results window blanks out, when the dialog box is horizontally resized.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 
1. open download manager
2. search for some items so that results appear
3. drag (to resize) the dialog /horizontally/ (only)
 
Actual Results:  
 
The results list blanks out.
 

Expected Results:  
 
The results lists should resize & not blank out.
 

 
This looks to be a regression as ... looks to work correctly.
(No time at the moment to look for a better range.)

Resizing the dialog vertically will cause the results to re-display.

Looks like my 'Steps to Reproduce:' are not going to reproduce directly, or at least easily.

What I am seeing here now looks to be a side-affect of some other bug in Download Manager/Search that I haven't put my finger on - yet?

Please try in Safe mode ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talk:Safe_Mode#Safe_Mode_in_SeaMonkey_2 ), or with a new profile ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager#Creating_a_new_profile )

It works with your downloads.sqlite from bug 519623.

I can't reproduce with either:

or

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; en-US; rv:1.9.3a5pre) Gecko/20100515 Lightning/1.1a1pre SeaMonkey/2.1a2pre

Is this bug theme dependent? (SeaMonkey theme and/or OS Theme). It might be a bug in our backend Luna theme code.

This bug was always hard for me to quantify.

Thinking that when I filled this, it acted as I described, though my method to reproduce was not well formulated.

Bug 519623 is most likely the reproducible sample of this bug.

So if you want to go with INVALID or DUP it to 519623, that's fine.

Ok, here you go.

Start off like 519623 ...

Steps to Reproduce:

(exit SeaMonkey, replace existing downloads.sqlite with attached sample,
restart SeaMonkey)
1. open download manager (with attached sample)
2. place focus on images3.jpeg
3. search for 3.jpeg
(images3.jpeg should return)
4. close the search (X)
(images3.jpeg should be semi-highlighted at the bottom of the window)
5. place focus on www.seamonkey-project.org
> JUMP TO SEARCH, SEARCH FOR 'DOWW'
('DOWW' does not exist, so no results display)
> backspace over the second 'W', so that only 'DOW' remains
(3 results should be returned of the form, download.mozilla*.org)
>RESIZE THE WINDOW /HORIZONTALLY/

At this point those 3 results have disappeared.

Maximize the window, the appear.
Restore the window, & gone again.

This is with 20090909 & I'm sure 2.0.5 will act the same, but 2.1.x will be unaffected ... stand by.
