I can't see the logs, I don't know how to help.  My guess is one of the databases -- probably the read-only one -- is not accessible.  Oremj set this up, and the database information is in the config file located at: ./inc/config.php

I checked in better error handling for this in r52595 but the core of the problem is an unavailable database.  Looks to be back up.

Hey guys, this is still not working. What's the status?!?! Nobody can submit entries at this point and the contest ends on Friday. This needs to be a high priority! Can I get an update?
