will generate a url list to test this.
This isn't URLs; this is the same as:
bug 500879, nsCycleCollectingAutoRefCnt::decr
bug 504392, nsGlobalWindow::cycleCollection::UnmarkPurple
bug 513334, nsEventListenerManager::Release
bug 519878, nsPresContext::Release
It will probably be somewhat mitigated by bug 521750, but the full solution involves bug 521745, bug 521748, bug 521753, etc.

Duping against bug 500879 per todays crashkill meeting as this is due to the same reasons.
