519841 - 404 (page not found) error trying to delete an approved Personas from the gallery

STR:

1. Log in as an admin
2. Load http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/gallery/All/ssc
3. Click on "delete" (http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/delete/55814)

Expected:

Deletes the Persona

Actual:

http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/delete/55814 is a 404

Fixed. Delete isn't in the localhttpd.conf dist file, so I've added it

Also note that Expected should be "takes you to the page where you have the option to delete the file", not actually delete it.
