STR:
1. Go to https://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/forum/1
2. Observe the header links for the list of topics table -- they are in old format
3. Log in and observe the links for "Edit" + "Delete" next to each thread. These too are in old format.

This should fix all remaining links in tiki-view_forum.tpl which accounts for all the ones mentioned in comment 0 in this bug

Seems to be missing the Edit/Delete links in the admin (possibly the patch to bug 518228?) but it fixes the others, and those links really don't matter to me.

After a talk with James, we've concluded to use the prod branch properly and only commit to trunk first. Once stuff is verified by QA, it can go over to prod.

I actually had to paste the last 2 modified lines because of a conflict with the patch for edit/delete images
Patch looks pretty much the same though. Attaching FTR.
