Quickstubbing commonly used events and also events, which, when used, may be dispatched in very fast pace.
Changed nsIDOMClientRect and nsIDOMClientRectList since those are related to
nsIDOMNotifyPaintEvent.
Removed nsIDOMNSEvent.preventCapture, since that is deprecated and no-op.

This patch just adds nsIDOMPaintRequestList and nsIDOMPaintRequest to the first patch
