The problem seems to be only on this website.
I cannot login into the site nor can I see the part which is visible on internet explorer.

Shown the object titled 'news' and 'urgent info'

Can you give a screenshot? also, can you log in when you use firefox safe mode?

Attachment: The screenshot of the site shows the black boxes instead of the urgent info and news flash.

The screenshot is available.
The site doesnt work in Safe mode as well.
I can enter Username and password but i cant seem to click the Ok button.
I am not comparing web browsers but this could help-In Google Chrome, The black boxes appear instead of the  'news' and 'urgent info' however I can login into the site.

OK, so I am seeing the black box there. Seems to be some sort of JS error, but nothing relevant in error console. Work in IE8. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20091003 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20091003042919

ok so i have been working with Ie8 to use this site but it seems really odd to keep a browser just for one site. Cant it be fixed?

No longer reproducible because the linked site changed. Resolving as INCOMPLETE.
