520043 - Advanced search:Sort By option should not be disabled for collections-based search

steps to reproduce:
1.go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox
2.In the search bar,choose "all collections"
3.Notice all the options which are disabled in the advanced menu

observed behavior:
Sort by option is disabled for search under all collections.

This field should be enabled as all the options listed in this field are applicable to collections.

So I looked at this a bit before I decided to won't fix.  Right now there's a number of sort options, and the UI suffers from some fragmentation.  I fear that by enabling advanced sort filters for collections it will further add to confusion.

This portion of the UI could use some critical thinking however, so I'll bring it up with Chowse.

Once a bug is verified,it's rarely revisited.Since sort is a section which needs further discussion,can we consider making this an "enhancement" and setting the target milestone=Future instead of marking it Resolved WONTFIX?

This way,this issue can be reviewed in upcoming triages,hopefully resulting in some cool fixes.

This hasn't been decided as far as I know.
