The printout of my flight ticket to Mozilla Camp Europe 2009 was truncated at the right margin, in spite of "Shrink to fit page width" set.
The same message is printed correctly in TB2 with same settings.

Might add details / test case later, no time now... ;)

Thomas, when you get a chance, please test your testcase with Thunderbird 3.1 or 3.3.
