520251 - Update Main Firefox page:(Firefox 1.5, 2.0, 3.0) for 3.6

Attached I have a word doc with the copy for the main Firefox/upgrade  http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upgrade

Some quick things to note:
* The copy still needs tweaking, but it's near final.
* The download button needs to be updated. 
* At the bottom, we're moving "Personalization" to the far left so it's first in
line.  Followed by Security, Performance, Features, and Mission.
* On Personalization, we'll be showing a mockup of a browser with a Persona
design on it.  Which means we'll have to focus on the right corner of the
chrome, and place the mockup on the left side of the screen.

This page shares the panel (Personalization, Security, etc.) with the other variations of the main Firefox page (they all include a single file with the panel contents). So, this bug is in the same state as bug 520248. I should have updated it accordingly though.

We never test with 1.5 (it's unsupported), and rarely test with 2.0 (just FYI).

...except now I just noticed the bug title (fail today); Tara, do you really mean to support Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 users?  (Sorry, Vishal!)

Fixed in Firefox 1.5/2.0/3.0 in r54452. Haven't used 1.5/2.0 in a while. We've come a long way.
