User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: version 3.0b4 I used the config editor to change mail.tabs.closeButtons to 3. (I don't know if this is supposed to work, but after using it in Firefox, I thought I'd try). The tab close buttons are removed from individual tabs and a space for a close button is created at the right end of the tab bar but the space contains no icon (x). Clicking this empty space does close a tab. Reproducible: Always
