Jose Enrique Bolanos has been doing great work on Personas and should have commit access to its repository to make landing his changes more efficient.  Personas is a labs repository for which labs commit access rules apply, which means he has to fill out and return a contributer agreement, provide an SSH public key, and cbeard has to vouch for him.

Jose: please fill out and return a contributor agreement as documented on this page: http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/.  Also, please attach an SSH public key to this bug.
