Trying to find plugin updates results in a new tab with a '400 Bad Request' page. Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at www.mozilla.com Port 80
Blair can you do a blog post about the new functionality and note that the update page isn't actually ready yet?

Bug 512787 would lead to a 404 response, not 400. This bug lacks a concrete URL, though.
Uhh quite. Blair you need to fix this, it isn't using the url formatter for the url so sending us to https://www.mozilla.com/%LOCALE%/plugins/ :)

Looks that URL is stored in plugins.update.url pref in about:config do to the patch checkin from bug 514327 - Detect outdated plugins and offer upgrade path
