Here's a draft. Probably ready for review; we can add more stuff as it comes up.

I moved this to the KB, because we need it there asap, but I'm not really happy with the layout. The first heading is a symptom, while the rest are solutions. It would be nice if give each problem a heading, with its own solution(s) sub-listed.

Any update here?
Not unless you known any specific problem-solution pairs.

Facebook itself has several issues that you just can't fix - hit the reload button, logout/log back in, try again later type problems, but nothing I think that's useful for our KB. I was prompted to download my profile page a couple times today, but that went away after a bit.

I don't think this will ever be great - if we identify problem-solution pairs, we'll add them, but we'll always have to do the litany of cookies/cache/extensions/plugins/etc. for problems we haven't encountered yet.
I have an edit for regarding facebook chat that still needs approval. Once that is done, we can add something about Facebook changing their website often, call this bug closed.

Could someone review the current edit. Facebook chat is hot issue.
I approved the edit, but "An unexpected error occurred!". It looks like it worked, though.
Added section about facebook making changes. Needs approval.
I method of reporting issues to Facebook would also be nice.
