printDialog.xul references dialogOverlay.css, however the css file isn't packaged in the Lightning jar.mn.

Shouldn't whatever that is in resources/jar.mn that is shared with lightning be moved to base/jar.mn?
I already work on moving stuff from calendar/resources over to /base or /sunbird in other bugs.
