On session restoration if several tabs request the same proxy, there should be only one password request. At the moment I have 10 password requests poping up after session restoration for tabs which require a proxy-server. I have FoxyProxy add-on running which decides which domains require the proxy. So it might be something dependant on FoxyProxy, but I assume it is finally Firefox itself presenting me all these password requests.
