I asked this on mozilla.support.seamonkey but I didn't get any answers so I guess it's a bug:

In SeaMonkey 2.0b2 I have an IMAP account with several identities. For some of these identities I have SeaMonkey mail filters that move e-mails into subfolders of "Local Folders" because I don't want to leave them on the IMAP server. When I reply to an e-mail in the Local Folders, SeaMonkey does not set my sender address to the address the original mail had in its To field but uses the main address of the IMAP account. Can I change this behaviour?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up e-mail account with at least two identities
2. Set up mail filters for secondary identity that move mails to Local Folders
3. Reply to e-mail in Local Folders

Actual Results:
From header is set to primary identity of the e-mail account.

Expected Results:
From header is set to address from To: header of original e-mail.

I think this is the same as bug
"Bug 327713 - From: address in reply set using X-Account-Key: header even in other accounts not the "global inbox"
that has been complained about for four years now, and has not been fixed yet.
