steps to reproduce: 1.Log into your jetpack acount 2.In your profile page,enter information which will cause the submission to fail(upload .dmg file for profile pic,enter invalid website and enter >255 chs length description) 3.Click submit expected result Submission fails with appropriate error messages actual result: Page not found error is displayed screenshot:http://screencast.com/t/DhMLMIYMk1
