the implementation of personas in firefox 3.6 appears to apply the accent color to the main window background such that sidebars appear themed.  this can also be used to provide additional themeing to sub-windows and dialogs.

This is particularly valuable for sidebars whose backgrounds are transparent, like All-in-One Sidebar (see bug 483972), but it's also valuable for some default Firefox chrome, like the splitter between the sidebar and the main content pane, which extends down the height of the window and has a transparent background, so it looks pretty clunky without this.

I suggest we make this a high priority for the next release of Personas.

Firefox now does this, unnecessary for Personas to implement.
