It's a 404.

See attached.  We are going to host this on jetpack.mozillalabs.com and the about should point to the existing content moved into /about.

I'm a little confused about the text in the /about sentence.

So, to get this in, I've added the Terms of Use into the Registration page.  You can see it here:
http://jetpack.stage.mozilla.com/register

If you want this to be handled differently, please let me know.

Also, the Footer is in.

Verified FIXED -- http://jetpack.stage.mozilla.com/terms (is this linked to from anywhere, now?) is quite hard to read in its first couple sentences -- separate bug.
