This is the URL of the invitation form: http://www.spreadfirefox.com/og/invite/5175 I invited 4 or 5 people simultaneously. The message they got however read: > <my e-mail> wrote: > Sorry, your subscription request was denied. Reproducible: Didn't try Actual Results: Error message sent to invitees. Expected Results: Invitation message sent to invitees with links to subscribe to the project. The sender of the invitation has no idea that the invitation feature is broken, everything appears to have worked. If this can't be easily fixed better disable this at let people send manual e-mail invitations.
@Otto Did you you use email addresses or usernames? I can state right now that were using the latest version of OG on the 5.x branch and that there looks to be no problems reported on D.o http://drupal.org/project/issues/og?text=&status=Open&priorities=All&categories=bug&version=5.x&component=All Best, Paul Booker
Email addresses iirc.
@Mary To show the correct invitation message we need to edit the "Invite user notification body:" which incorrectly says "Sorry, your subscription request was denied." http://www.spreadfirefox.com/admin/og/og Notes: We need to enforce a plain text editor on the "Send Invitation" page for the text area field that is collecting email addresses / user names The email messages that are being sent out include HTML mark up as plain text which needs to be fixed.
