Cannot add items to the personal bookmark toolbar by drag and drop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a website
2. drag and drop the site icon from the address bar to the personal toolbar

Alternative
1. Browse through a link file
2. drag and drop the file icon to the personal toolbar

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. The dragged icon disappears on the personal toolbar

Expected Results:  
The icon should be placed in the personal toolbar.

This is noted in the "Known Issues" section of the release notes at http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.0b2/#issues and already fixed for 2.0 RC1.
