... the FAQ info about the procedure for changing the default priority states that the how-to info is "well documented" in this bug # 49862. But it's not. The bug ends with no clear information about setting the default priority. The FAQ should be updated accordingly.

FAQ page should simply refer users to setting the default priority in admin parameters.

Sorry for the noise...
Although this is an old version's FAQ, googling 'default priority' hits this old FAQ page. Should this old FAQ be updated to note that current 3.x installations can set the default priority through the admin interface?

Bugzilla 2.16 is dead, and the new FAQ has been moved on wiki. We won't modify an unsupported branch.
