I use <text> 'stroke-width' attribute set to "0.5ex", and in different SVG viewBoxes it is displayed in many ways. Sometimes the stroke is very big (stroke1.svg attached file), sometimes very small (stroke2.svg attached file).
But in 'dy' attribute "0.5ex" works fine.
In Opera two files are displayed properly (just like in Safari and Chrome, but in this two are very small differences between attachments)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open svg's in browsers
2.
3.
